How the 14-day trial works, what each plan includes, and how to change or cancel a subscription.

Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial with Growth plan limits. No payment card is required to start.
Plans
Plans are billed per workspace each month. See Pricing for current limits. Limits apply to tracked prompts, competitors, engines, run frequency, and seats.
When a trial ends
If you do not choose a plan, the workspace becomes read-only: you can view and export everything, but new runs and audits pause. Choosing a plan restores full access immediately. Nothing is deleted.
Changing or cancelling
Owners manage billing from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal for payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe. Signal never receives or stores card numbers.
